This Goodtype Tuesday we are getting “FIRED UP!” Artist and designer @shanti_sparrow teamed up with @theLipstickLobby to announce the Fired Up Challenge to help bring awareness to Gun Violence Prevention. June 1st marked National Gun Violence Awareness Day.

To enter the challenge, design, paint, ink, sketch, vector, animate or craft the words “FIRED UP” and post your design on IG with the hashtag #FIREDUPCHALLENGE and tag @thelipsticklobby.

Winning submissions will be turned into merchandise to be sold on the Lipstick Lobby’s site and profits will be shared with the winning artist. Competition ends on June 15th. Please direct all competition inquiries to @TheLipstickLobby and @shanti_sparrow. Good luck!

As always, we will repost some of our favorites. And remember, this is all for the fun, encouragement and practice of lettering. Only positive comments and constructive feedback welcome.
